At Adtitude Labs, we strive to deliver high-quality User-Generated Content (UGC) that meets or exceeds your expectations. However, we understand that there may be rare circumstances where you may seek a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only offered under the following conditions:
Delivery Failure: If we fail to deliver the content within the agreed timeframe without prior communication or justification.
Duplicate Payment: If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.
Non-Delivery of Service: If the service you purchased was not provided and no progress was made, with no communication from our team.
Significant Deviation from Brief: If the final content delivered significantly deviates from the mutually agreed-upon creative brief and our revision process has been exhausted.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following scenarios:
Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel the project after work has begun.
Subjective Dissatisfaction: If the content is delivered according to the brief, but the dissatisfaction is based on personal preference.
Failure to Provide Information: If delays or delivery issues are caused due to the client’s failure to provide required materials, input, or approvals.
Completed Services: Refunds will not be issued for content that has been approved and/or published.
3. Revision Policy
To ensure satisfaction, we offer up to [X] rounds of revisions depending on your service tier. Please refer to your service agreement or package details for specific revision allowances.
